Carly B. Wilkins is an attorney licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and all State of Alabama courts. Mrs. Wilkins primarily practices in the fields of Bankruptcy Law, Taxation, and other areas related to financial matters.

Mrs. Wilkins is a seasoned Bankruptcy attorney who has a broad range of experience in both debtor and creditor cases that include business and consumer chapters (Chapter 7 and 13) of the United States Bankruptcy Code. She has handled virtually all aspects of bankruptcy work from complex Chapter 11 cases representing debtors, to consumer bankruptcy in Chapters 7 and 13. Further, she has handled and won numerous adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.

Since 2015, she has also served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama. In this capacity, she represents the bankruptcy estate, and oversees the liquidation of estate assets to facilitate a distribution of monies to creditors.

She graduated from the University of Alabama, and she obtained her law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. She is a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Middle District of Alabama, whereby she represents indigent criminal clients. While in law school, Mrs. Wilkins interned for then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama, Sue Bell Cobb.
